A rough yearly range built only from published prices. Per-measure servicing rates come from one third-party Melbourne cost guide[6], and the report fees come from firms that publish theirs.[7][8][9] Real quotes depend on your occupancy permit's ESM schedule.

Method: extinguishers are charged at the greater of the per-unit rate or the site minimum ($55–$180 per visit), with 2 visits a year. Exit and emergency lights and hose reels are tested 2× a year. Fire doors, hydrant flow tests, sprinkler and pump services are annual. Panel tests are per visit. The AESMR fee is +GST; the servicing rates include GST, per the source.[6]
